All day stay no warm food tea and hot drinks offered unconditionally sandwiches once so staff and dry.

April was very efficient, friendly, and professional,and may I add fast, although I had only cut my hand , she had me sorted out in no time.
Suggested improvements
Although I didn’t have to wait long ( just luck of the draw i suppose) I have heard of people waiting hours, perhaps that could be addressed.
