To have been offered an x-ray, due to nature of accident; just been to Go surgery today and awaiting GP referral for X-ray. Also, to have realistic information about wait times; although wait time board identified 2 and half hours, I was verbally informed upn arrival likelyto be more 3 to 4 hour wait to staff shortage on the day. However, total wait was nearer five hours. As these things happen and NHS under resourced by government, I'm okay waiting, just would be nice to have realistic wait times, so I could have cancelled my late afternoon/early evening clients in good time.
