On arrival the sign said there was an 1.5hour wait, but we were seen within 30 minutes. The triage nurse was really friendly, kind and checked my childs injury, that he'd got at preschool. He is very nervous in medical settings, but the nurse was really patient and spoke to kindly and explained clearly what she was going to do before doing it. Brilliant service, it was really quick and saved us having to go to A&E. Thank you for your help.
