[name removed] was most understanding and knowlegeable, explaining every little thing she did to assess my condition and to formulate a personalised therapeutic exercise routine for me. I found her manner extremely polite and thoughtful, considerate and caring. I felt completely confident and at ease throughout our appointment. I cannot commend her enough. Excellent service, thank you. She also boosted my opinion of NHS services, which I personally think have generally deteriorated since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Great service and really informative
I've seen real progress with my backpain working with Mr [name removed]. He was kind, listened to my issues and came up with a plan that slowly but surely got me in a much better shape. Thank you!
