All about the physiotherapist.
Nothing better in my experience. Taken on time, physio very engaged and answered all questions fully. Extremely pleasant and helpful, never felt rushed. Above all else was very encouraging in staying positive in the short term.
The physio explained my knee injury to me with an actual replica of a knee , this was the best information and visual since I had my injury over a year ago.
She was friendly and informative, the reception staff where also friendly and the wait short .
The signage in the hospital easy to follow
Very thorough in asking details and giving very helpful advice. Felt very confident in the way I was treated
Not local to were I live
Was given lots of useful advice and exercises!
My physiotherapist was [name removed], introduced himself when he came out to get me, made me feel welcome, put me at ease, kept me informed as to what I could expect, how my symptoms would be managed, together we completed some tests, asked if I had questions, advised how and when to complete the prescribed stretching exercises.
Actual treatment was good.
I would prefer that the sound on the televisions was turned off/subtitles on - it is very distracting when trying to read (during 20 minute wait).
Extremely professional, kind and efficient service which always makes you feel at ease! Thank you!
