Lovely staff - welcoming and friendly giving helpful information.
Person at reception was smiley and efficient, person taking blood was efficient and friendly and quick, virtually pain free process.
However the signage asking one to check in at the reception desk was hidden by people queuing ! Luckily I saw it. Had a short wait only past appt time
[name removed] was very thorough. Took pains to explain everything clearly and in detail. Very reassuring after unpleasant incident causing pain.
Gave me the precise exercise to remedy the problem. Felt distinct improvement after just one day.
Gave me advice for ongoing general exercise.
Very good experience.
All the staff were very nice and have been very helpful and accommodating but I’m ready to go home
Without the care, consideration, and treatment I received this allowed me to be able to go home.
Felt the nurses went the extra mile. They responded to my small and larger requests.
Sometimes the patio door on the ward was left open after 9 pm making me feel a little unsafe.
I felt very happy with the nurses :if you needed anything or help with anything they were always available; nothing was to much trouble
Very competent knowledgeable podiatrist. [name removed]. Thorough. Listening to me, answering my questions. Very informative.
Honest opinion
