No complaints. Hospital was clean, staff were friendly. My physiotherapist was welcoming, listened to my concerns and comforted me when I got upset. She explained my diagnosis and offered physio exercises via alternative methods

Staff were very pleasant, greeted me and found it a relaxed place apart from all the frosted glass which made me feel a little claustrophobic. It would be good to see outside what is happening. My assessment was explained to me and I understood what would happen next.

The hospital is 5min drive from home. [name removed], the therapist was helpful and friendly. Car parking is easy, paying in the dry indoors on exit.

Not only were the staff amazing on the outpatient reception but [name removed] and [name removed] were amazing, knowledgeable, kind, caring - first class service. (Podiatry clinic).
