The consultant was very understanding and informative
I had five vials of blood taken, an experience I totally hate. The nurse used a bigger needle than usual and though I can’t explain it she did not hurt me. I despise having blood taken and she was so good at her job. Huge thanks.
Highly efficient, nice staff and very considerate healthcare professional. I was in and out of the centre in less than 25 minutes, which I considered to be good timing for my appointment. The healthcare professional who saw me was informative, kind and considerate, and got the job done!
I was seen by a lovely physiotherapist called [name removed] who was friendly polite and most respectful of my age etc…It was all extremely pleasant.
[name removed], my physio, adapted the next stage of exercises based on my lifestyle & needs. We got through a lot of information etc yet the appointment did not feel rushed
Excellent care and treatment.
Welcomed by reception, all the paper work was ready and correct, the blood test was totally painless.
Saw mr [name removed] he’s very helpful and understanding of my disability very professional at what he does
Physio tried very hard, not sure this is the correct treatment, felt like a stalling tactic by NHS rather than getting to the route cause
