Very well treated and given good advice.
I felt that [name removed] definitely had my best interests in mind and listened to me and responded accordingly.
From the start, the rectionist the lady I saw was very helpful indeed. She was very polite and helpful, then I went into the room to have my blood taken. There was a different colture lady in the room, she was very well spoken polite cheerfull in herself and her job. this lady was that good I didn't feel the needle go in to my skin over all the rectionis, + the lady who taken my blood I would score them 20 out of 20.
[name removed] was very understanding about me being late and saw me regardless. She showed me how to perform exercises and how to feel for my diastatis. Most of all though she asked me what I wanted to get out of my physiotherapy and as a mother of three I feel listened to and like my lifestyle with a toddler and newborns was considered.
Booked on day, quick response and everyone was very friendly.
