My appointment was on time. The NHS staff were proficient and caring and could not be faulted. I was told about exercises I needed to do moving forward and that they would be emailed to me later that day which is exactly what happened.

The reception staff was lovely and went above and beyond.
It’s taken me couple days to put a review online
However the procedure went well.
However I did find the phlebotomist wasn’t fond of his work place or didn’t want to be there as he keep saying he’s never allowed to move from room 2 and everyone else can move about - made me tad uncomfortable as I didn’t not know what to say and kept chewing gum which was distracting
