Very good service. Exercises appeared to be alittle different when emailed.nome
I was pleased with most of the care but there was one member of staff who refused to believe that I needed help to go to the toilet because I was deemed independent but I needed help moving the toilet support/commode which was too heavy for me to move by myself. Therefore I was verbally abused when I came out of the toilet as I had kept others waiting. This soured my experience of the care I had received. I had been very happy with the care prior to this.
Didn't have to wait lon for appointed time and was seen by a welcoming, understanding, informative physiotherapist.
