The nurses were very kind and patient but the receptionists ([name removed] and [name removed]) were so very kind and understanding I had to have definite times for the blood test done due to medication issues that needed exact timing, they excelled with this arrangement. Thank you.

The screens need to be clearer when the names are called as most people can't see it when sitting further away from the screens.
