This service being available on a Saturday is excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and had the paperwork to hand, which helps to put patients at ease bearing in mind not everyone is at ease concerning blood tests. I had my test exactly at the appointed time which meant practically no waiting, which is important. The procedure was carried out quickly and competently. I thought the room felt a bit cramped, but this is a very minor criticism. Altogether a good experience. Thank you.
