Friendly nurse, put me at ease as she could see I was a bit nervous

The screen that calls up patients for blood tests needs to be much clearer, the text that shows names and room is hard to read against the coloured background. Many patients struggled. The text needs to be much larger and more readable. For such a long waiting room you may need more than 1 screen.
