I initially was left without a care coordinator for an extended period of time, as my designated coordinator was off sick and I was not reassigned I have also twice had my appointments booked with the wrong doctor, which led to delays.
Suggested improvements
Reassigned me to a differenct care coordinator sooner and making sure I had regular contact.
