After becoming stable and medication and future medication and support was discussed I feel a lot better and more confident in the service offered

A lot of difficulty receiving escorted leave and had to wait between 1.5- 4 hrs too be accompanied only got maybe 2 15 minutes escorted leave when intitiled too 4 I found this very frustrating and controlling Maybe volunteers could be used too accommodate people’s needs on first admission and escorted leave this would take the pressure of staff when needed and you are short staffed and stop patients becoming stressed and volatile To 4
