Very rude on the phone not taking it seriously saying it wasn’t a crisis. Very unreliable CPN haven’t been seen in months. Find it very difficult to get hold of people especially when medication isn’t right. Wasn’t informed when CPN was on annual leave so had to ring up and only got told over a month after. Been promised I would feel better and medication could be lowered however this isn’t right. Not good communication at all. Been let down by someone else today regarding an emergency which isn’t their fault however I can’t rely on anyone.

Suggested improvements
To have an appointment time and date and stick to it even a regular phone call. Not being let down all the time and feel I’m asking a lot. If people could see me at mine rather than expecting me to get a bus to them that triggers my anxiety and also can’t afford it since no support with bus pass.
