Thank you
I was referred to you by my GP at a crisis point.
Someone called me within a matter of days and I was incredibly vulnerable.
That first phone call was the start of me feeling less alone. Ever since the continued support from Katy, Justine and Dr Henderson has been more than I could have asked for.
Someone has been there every step of the way making some very difficult situations feel less daunting and easier to cope with.
I honestly can’t thank everyone for the support they have provided enough!
The work you do is nothing short of amazing
Thank you for making me want to continue the battle and giving me hope
Prompt, efficient, effective and caring service provided by kind and professional staff. Going to the first aid unit was entirely appropriate for the injury, taking the pressure off A&E and avoiding long journey times.
.
I have been here along time waiting for care.
I am glad to be going home, but everyone has been really kind and and supportive.
The lady rang upto 4 times a day calling me an alcoholic demanding that I get to turning point and in the end I went to turning point just to shut the woman up . I am not a alcoholic I drink 3 times a week I feel like I have been bullied by this person and find it frustrating that yet again I have to wait until another crisis and then the whole process starts again I'm sure that there must be a better way of dealing with problems.the lady signed the letter is carshena jina . I currently have a illness unconnected with drinking and have not drank for a week
Good, no pressure
