Kind staff
It’s quiet of a night time, cups of tea always on hand and staff our all very good.
I feel that I have been treated with respect and kindness and involved in my care.
I am going home today, you have all been very lovely, thank you
I have been happy with everything, but now I just want to go home
I have only been here a few days, so still getting used to everything
The staff were very kind to me and made sure I got the correct information and help
The support I received from the mental health team was superb. Professional, reassuring, authoritative and warm. I had two online meetings, one with a junior psychiatrist and nurse to make an initial assessment, then two weeks later another meeting with the junior psychiatrist and the leading consultant to assess my progress and medication plans going forward.
I felt listened to and every aspect of my illness and experience was considered. I thought it was extremely thorough and compassionate. I have largely managed my mental health successfully for decades but this was a crisis point and I needed swift support which I received. I am extremely grateful for the kind, intelligent and human care I found. Thank you so much. Deborah Walker
