Nothing- great service.
Staff friendly.
Prompt too.
Speed of assessment.
Competence of Nero.
Quick and helpful.
It was local.
A 7 day a week proper minor injuries unit in hospital.
Like Menley which is excellent.
Warring for hospital dental unit is useless there is never anyone there.
Very efficient, timely and helpful from the start. Took time to understand problem and then took time in ensuring that I received the fullest appropriate treatment.
I have been able to smile because the staff do, happy atmosphere and go out of their way to help.
Lack of cups of tea, I no they are busy but could be offered more often epically in the evening. Only 4 in a day. Food is good.
Information given can be confusing more needs to be given.
Good level of care and well equipped.
The only criticism I have is a change of doctor half way through treatment.
Alicia Mitchell is superb.
Not met Dr Mojnity yet.
