My mother was greeted warmly, Sharon introduced herself, the procedure was explained, lots of reassurance given, she was happy for me to leave her while procedure completed. When I returned 4 hours later she was bright and said she had been looked after very well. Sharon was able to explain and answer all my questions re follow up by Dr Keenan. Thank you.
