Everything was good, talked to the people and I helped.
Sade was very open-minded with her responses to what I had to say; emphasising that what I did was wrong but not worth beating myself up over!
Wonderful conversation, I feel very supported.
Placement of room could have been more private, but nurses were good.
Crisis team spoke very clearly and gave me clear instructions/ questions.
Understood and listened.
The process was very quick to help.
Very noisy but it's an acute ward. Nursing staff give good care. Depending on the staff, they really want to make a difference.
consultant doesn't seem confident and Not very positive and I didn't feel listened to. Wish Dr Lawrence was still here.
The junior FY1 and sho were great they listened and involved me in my care.
The place is clean.
Food ok
The treatment on Ruby ward depends on the staff on duty. Yesterday a Dr saw me to review my physical health. He was a FY1. He treated me a a person. And with respect.
Today I told the nursing staff on duty that a patient was targeting me and this was considered to be funny by the nurses! They laughed and said that the patient was 'crazy in her head'. What they didn't understand that this patient was upsetting me to the point of tears. They didn't even think of speaking to the patient. I am afraid and cannot attend any of the activities fir fear that this patient said she will get me.
It is so unsafe to be on this ward. Staff allow other quiet patients to be intimidated.
