I am partly pleased with the service. However not happy with enforcement of drugs and it feels like a prison. Needs understanding of Muslim practices like covering (hijab). A man came in my room and saw me without my hair cover.

The only issue I have is when knocking on the office door sometimes you get ignored for quite a while. Otherwise very happy with the care I received.

On arrival at this excellent hospital, I was very confused and things were not explained to me. I felt lost and completely disoriented and having problems with my memory made matters worse. I have come to realize that over the time I have been here I have more understanding of this hospital and now of works.
