An efficient and compassionate service which has restored my mental health after an upsetting episode. Excellent facilities, including splendid food and high standards of cleanliness. I found the activities arranged by the Occupational Therapist (Laurent) especially helpful, as his cheerful personality really helped to lift my mood, and it was great to be kept busy.
My family and I are extremely grateful that such a service was available to us via the NHS, and wish to thank all the staff who do such splendid work in often very difficult circumstances.

The staff were beyond our expectations. Our son was cared for and treated so well. Everyone was so kind and not only did their jobs but went over and above. I felt looked after as well and will be sad to not see the staff any more!
