The care I have received has been the best that I could have imagined. If it was not for the intervention of the CAMHS team, I don't think I would be here.
I feel the seriousness of my condition has been underestimated. Engaging with other patients is difficult due to them not being able to speak or hear. It is quite an experience to see people dealing with such serious issues and staff work very hard to deal with lots of different jobs.

Very supportive and helpful. Always there for me.
Excellent care and respect however there needs to be home treatment team service for people like me who live in isolated villages and have no transport, there is a huge need for this service also more dual service with substance abuse teams orb. They need to work together for more holistic approach
The member of staff was very caring. The facilities appear to be very good, however, if anyone does not live in the local area, have their own transport or the money for taxis then none of the services are of use. There are many people who can not access the facilities and are in effect abandoned. There needs to be home visits for these people, without it the system fails so many people who are in desperate need of help. Also bus services from many of the villages in the area are either very infrequent or none existant. But a bus journey would be beyond the capabilities of the people who are in desperate need of the help.
Although arriving without appointment I was seen very quickly.
Want everyone to know that this is a good ward. Clean and the staff are fantastic. You, matron , thank you for your input in my care. The two staff , Akeem, and Elisha are always kind and approachable.
Dr Murray was very kind and had time for me. I am pleased that I am going home Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
Thanks
I will also write a letter to the ward
