I appreciate all the help I have received from staff. I would like to. Say thank u,
Communication was very bad by nursing staff no communication and lies to my family members about what I was doing through the day and that screens were applied when an injection was given Discrimation and often excluded from being allocated to a nurse to go out on leave 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon No gym instructor activist very poor
Being a wheelchair user I found the staff very helpful and accommodating.
They treated me with dignity and respect always.
When I needed to talk someone always made time for me, if no one was available straight away they always came back to me when they were.
I received 6 weeks 1:1 guided self-help sessions based on CBT and Access to Work service via the Richmond Fellowship. I found both services extremely helpful during a difficult time for myself. My therapist Rachel was professional, encouraging and always tailored my sessions to my difficulties at the time. The CBT has helped me overcome anxiety by identifying and challenging it and learning ways of coping.
The Employment team Advisor Sherri has been supporting me throughout my illness (and beyond) and during the changes in my job and my return to work where Sherri has been invaluable. My sessions with her have been both enlightening and uplifting!
Thanks you Bucks Healthy Minds.
Mr. Ahmad was very helpful and understanding of my perception in the handling of my pain after major surgery on my spinal cord. I have made remarkable progress.
Post op trans patient , denied access to medical equipment I need daily because “they tried their best”
Section 2 , appealed same say but I’m on say 3 and havnt even been given my rights yet
Asked for a change of consultant , because their ward consultant is a hypocrite , and they havnt even began to sort that out
The direction of the recovery college has changed very negatively. Those who use the service now feel threatened and undervalued. the person brought in to look after the RC is trying to change to into a conveyor belt counselling model as they have no qualifications or understanding of mental health problems. The RC is in danger of destroying itself.
It was all marvelous.
Very kind and helpful.
The tutors are incredible and are caring.
The courses help us to see our life in a better way.
The two peer tutors are very caring, respectful. They made me feel welcome-comfortable and very helpful and supportive and inspirational. They deserve a lot of credit and recovery college are lucky to have them.
What could be improved are fewer forms to fill out.
