Enjoyed hearing experience from people who have dealt with similar issues and know how it feels to struggle and drawing silly face at end to lighter mood.
It would be nice at the beginning to have a small break down of how the session will go i.e.: introductions experiences coping techniques.

Police dragged me in, then sent me to Oxford and forced me to take medication I did not need. Did return to Aylesbury, and still forced to take medication.

Very thorough.
Very friendly and approachable.
Food could be improved.
Made me feel very welcome.
Maybe not have an opposite sex to yourself monitor you when on Section 3.
