I get the support and care that I need whilst here.
I feel understood and my needs are understood by the tutors.
The tutors were amazing and I have learnt so much about myself and life from them and students.
Everything was good about my care as I am provided and reassured that I am in a safe place, where I can be myself and not judged or obliged to do anything against my wishes and if I am feeling unwell I can stay here if I wish or leave if I wish.
The peer tutors are incredible.
They really supported me.
At times when I was struggling they realized and were able to offer support to me.
Fab listeners lovely/humble people.
Thank you for supporting me.
This is new to me but I found it very insiteful and took timeout of my busy life to listen, release and share.
It is a good place to socialize and help you assess your focus and helps me get back into reading as I want to start reading as a hobby.
It did seem a bit patronizing as it was a chidrens book as it was as if I was back in primary school, but I actually like the book and I actually and it has lots of points to discuss.
The recovery college is such an amazing place. It has helped me in more ways than I can ever say.
This course creative safe space is really excellent. It has helped me too relax and taken my mind off of all my problems during this time which I am never able to do. Heide is such an amazing tutor and its so wonderful to have her teaching, dawn too.
Adjustments to the yoga exercises were made for me to allow for my mother knees.
The relaxation was very good.
The environment was very good. The 'rules' of the place were explained at the start. Very caring helpful staff.
