Staff listened and offered solutions to some of my Stressors . Staff genuinely felt on my side , and by letting me stay voluntarily a bit longer , I was able to see people, making it a fully MDT experience - thank you

The joined up care with the community is not there . My cc was not in ward round or came to the the ward at all and from what I gather there has been no communication - and this is not uncommon
