Most staff are very helpful but it would make it an easier experience if some of them smiled a bit more. But maybe some people don't smile as much as others.

Explain your medication a bit more when they give it to you, when they give a pot full of pills to you. My meds have been changing a lot but they haven't really helped underdsand what is what.
