Over the past 9 wks I have gained much more confidence and self worth - I am able to use the tools that the course has given me to put into my every day life - this course has also given me hope in realising that I can keep moving forward in my recovery step by step. The staff and other students are kind and thoughtful and I felt blessed to be with them. Many many thanks.
