Great facilities and staff!
Our only criticism is that when attempting to get an update on the condition of our family member the phone number we were given always went to answerphone regardless of the time of day. The message states that calls will be returned within an hour (I think) and that never happened. Not good when that is the only option you have when your relative isn't well enough to be able to use the phone in their room.
Otherwise, the hospital/staff can't be faulted.
Treatment at the Manor has always except the last time in December. I had to ask for a change of Nurse after my daughters operation as she was treated like a body not a person. Other Nurses were lovely but my daughter ended up with pneumonia and we moved hod6pitals for different reasons. Nurses were kind until day when things went wrong. Manager of ward was lovely. Support and a chat wld have been helpful. Excellent consultants. Hospital rooms are clean, physiotherapy excellent.
My care and treatment by the staff at the Manor Hospital was first class. Everyone was helpful, polite, caring and could not do enough for me. The food was excellent and the room & amenities were clean and well maintained. The Hospital is easy to get to and offers privacy when you don't want to feel too exposed after having cosmetic surgery. I would totally recommend it to anyone contemplating this type of surgery.
Happy with the clinic in general.
Having been seen at the Manor hospital,Nuffield Orthopaedic and the John Radcliffe all in Oxford,I have to say that all the facilities, staff and treatment were all very good indeed.
The Manor Hospital where Dr Cubbin holds a clinic was my first experience of private care. The customer care is excellent.
Very good.
A small (thankfully) but great hospital with wonderful staff and excellent facilities. I highly recommend this hospital.
My experience at the Manor Hospital was of a poor standard with many failings in my care.
