I was very well taken care of at BMI Clementine, where I had major surgery in July 2021. All the staff were politer, friendly and caring. They all had time to speak me on a personal level to ensure I had everything I needed and was not lonely (I was not allowed visitors due to COVID restrictions) for the week I was their. Thank you to all who took care of me, I really appreciate it.

A wonderful and very helpful member of your Finance/Accounts Department, Nicole Holohan, very kindly obliged me in getting contact with the secretary of Dermatologist Dr M Ghazavi. I had tried repeatedly to contact her to get a receipt for the consultation fees I had paid ,in order to claim from my health insurance, but to no avail. I mentioned this in passing to Ms Holohan and without hesitation, she kindly offered to help. I am now in receipt of the Statement of Accounts and my insurance company are happy to reimburse. I am very grateful to Ms Holohan for her effort and diligence- she is a shining example of what patient care should encompass.

I thoroughly recommend The Clementine Churchill Hospital to anyone with any health problems. In the past I had consultations for slight hearing loss, and just over a year ago I had a total right hip replacement. On all my visits to the hospital, for both consultations and physiotherapy, I have found all clinicians, therapists and staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful, the conditions are superb and the treatment is second to none.

I Came to do my operation. The service was impeccable and provides fantastic care. All the nurses were so friendly and made my stay a lot more manageable! The catering staff are all extremely friendly and happy to help with any needs. I would highly recommend it.

I had an appointment today at this hospital. Just before my appointment I see one of the doctors come out and say to the receptionist that he will be just stepping out. I found that strange since the reception hall was full of patients. I keep waiting to be called in for my appointment and over an hour later still nothing. When I asked reception why the delay she informed me that the doctor is just busy. Funnily the doctor who stepped out before came back and it turned out to be one I was supposed to see today. In the consulting room, no sorry for the wait no appology whatsoever. Also he had a very thick indian accent I couldn't even understand. Being a medical professional myself I found it appalling to treat a patient like this. It can happen that there are delays but at least say sorry for the delay or something. Anyway will not be returning to this hospital ever again and prefer to go and see a private specialist.
