It wasn't great having to wait over 1 hour y the doctor was good.

Thank you for your feedback. We try to ensure appointments are facilitated at the allocated times and apologise that on this occasion the wait was so long. It appears this is an unusual occurrence due to the doctor responding to an emergency.
