Emily has been amazing today!
Doctor (not sure of name) has been understanding and explained step by step and both have made myself and patient feel at ease, lots of facts given of which I'm sure will help us both. I feel we have gained more help and advice today than over several years!

They handled the situation very sensitively but also very firmly. My daughter is not good with opening up but the staff quickly established a good rapport with her and she feels comfy talking to staff and she now feels that she is finally going to receive the help she needed.

Suggest a meeting room in hospital for teenage children whos friends visit my daughter had 4 friends visit and was kept in corridor as no more than one child per adult allowed on ward.

It is great that she gets care at the frequency she requires and continuity of care with her therapist and dietitian. She doesn't always feel that she can talk about what she needs to. It is hard trying to get a psychiatrist appointment.
