The building is relatively new and feels welcoming unlike Newland House. Your name gets shouted infront of other members of the public and sometimes they talk about you infront of other families. Staff take a long time to answer the door and appointments are always late despite it not appearing busy. When there is meant to be a CPA, not everyone turns up.
