Politeness and cheerfulness on spot treatment to avoid sending us to Peter-ford A and E.
Just good.
It was very good with my care.
Doctor was really lovely, keen to help our little girl and couldn't do enough to help.
He was very thorough and put our minds at rest.
Everything. Here at Stamford was good.
But the city hospital at Peter Borough were unhelpful.
The emergency number they gave me was not open on Sundays.
They told me to ring!!!
I had been turned away by Spalding Minor Injuries unit as the care had not been put in place to see a district nurse this weekend. I'll said they should have seen us but they called Stamford walk is who accepted me. When we arrived we were told there was no nurse to help but the wonderful nurse at reception organised and district nurse to visit us at the walk- she also organised care for Sunday too :-).
Fantastic!
Lovely Dr very friendly.
From the initial phone call to 111 to follow up call, was the quickest I had been dealt with. The lady on reception was warm and friendly, she put my 4 yr daughter at ease.
