Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. The ward is very clean and tidy, food is amazing, catering for everyone's needs.
Suggested improvements
Th lounge could do with a sofa and also brightening up the walls. This will make it more cosy, comfortable and relaxing.

Staff go above and beyond to help but some staff ignore you and a one to one is not always available at night as this is my worst time and my named nurse works days.
Suggested improvements
Answer office door, don't ignore it and make more time for support and one to ones at night. Also keep the lounge open all night.

It safe because I had a slip. I like the food. They make decisions for me. I make my own decisions. I have not been to the shop for long time

Go to the shops. I have not been to the shop for long time. More freedom . My eyes are blurred I have been to the optician but they have not done anything about it
