Some care has been excellent and staff have gone above and beyond but at other times I've been in restraint, which was unnecessary and didn't follow my care plan.

Heating does not work on ward. Unclean. People are rude. Pass on work to other staff. Do not do it straight away. No fresh air, lack of ventilation.
