I am scared of the patient fights and loud noises and shouting. I’m not safe because of the fights. And the same key for each room. I’m not safe for people looking into my room which I know it cannot be helped as you have to check us if we are okay. The location is clean but the bean bags are dirty. The towels still has stains on it.

Thank you for the ear defenders. Also I thank you for the stress ball. I still feel unsafe about the people looking in my room but I understand that cannot be helped. I understand that having the same key can help quick access to rooms for safety but at the same time it’s unsafe. The bean bags should be cleaned. And no stains on the towels.

The nursing staff here are always kind and explain things and I find it difficult when I don’t get my own way. The rooms here are lovely and big and clean.

However sometimes I feel threatened or frightened by some staff especially at night however I know how to complain and I feel if I complain it’s taken seriously.

Staff are very helpful and caring. They help with my personal hygiene and are very compassionate. The HCAS are amazing
