Staff are respectful toward me. I observed my needs both when I have asked and when, in their experience I have needed it help. When I was unwell, staff shave me and looked after me. They showed me empathy and compassion.

Most of the staff are amazing, a couple of them let them down. Most staff have been kind to me.
Suggested improvements
Some of the night staff laugh really loud in their office while we're trying to sleep. Some of them don't introduce themselves either.
