Day staff usually good, night staff are dangerous, disrespectful and down right rude. Night staff leaving level 3 patients unattended, sleeping on the job. Not compassionate. Have let their patients get physically assaulted and will play favourites to certain patients.

Vet night staff better, bettter training. Teach compassion and not just the physical side of the job. Doctors shouldn’t dismiss you especially on best treatment for any physical ailments
