I think one has to understand that the nurses are under a lot of pressure with rules and regulations. If one is patient, I think they would understand that you're aware of the pressure they are under.

In my case there was a misunderstanding about the 15 minutes. I was lead to believe it was 15 mins a day rather than 15 mins an hour, I did get very bad claustrophobia.
