What a great team. Thank you so much for your help.
Excellent care, quick and efficient and friendly. Everything was explained to me and I felt I was well taken care of.
Care was very good. Nothing to improve.
Great personal service, caring and friendly.
Totally professional.
Release time could be improved.
All staff and team were lovely, kind and understanding. I was very nervous and was looked after impeccably. Only negatives - I didn't feel there was any privacy when asking questions as all in one room divided by curtains - everyone could hear what you were saying. Also, totally understand about germs, H and S etc but as a nervous patient I would have appreciated being able to have my husband with me.
Excellent reception and professional assessment and treatment in the lower limb clinic. Treatment has improved my condition and excercise is continuing the improvement.
I had lost my appointment letter, however a helpful main reception staff and porter got me to the right place.
I went from Xray to A&E, where I occupied a bed for the day, although I was quite capable of sitting in a chair. Would it not be more space-efficient to have a small room where ambulatory patients, waiting for a bed in the Assessment ward, could sit. Perhaps a numbered tag on the wrist would make sure that they were not missed.
The staff are exemplary in their care and consideration.
I was not amused to be roused from my bed in the Assessment wars, at 10.30pmto be moved to another. My only gripe.
There was constantly someone around to ask question when needed.
