Friendly lady (Christine Townshend) made the patient ( 9 year old daughter) feel comfortable and happy. Spoke directly to the patient all the way through. Explained every step of the process in a way the patient could understand. Excellent :-)

The whole team from reception to nurses to doctor are very friendly and approachable. Also very knowledgeable and good teachers!
