The environment was peaceful and clean. The staff were very kind and hardworking.
The catering was very nice with a personal service and the water was iced.
The information given by Miss Alladin about my recovering was needed and helpful.
The only complaint I have was that there was no one to hold my hand going to theatre.

All the staff I met were great 11/10. Except the anaesthetist didn't have many social skills and I found it very painful when he administered the anaesthetic. I've had previous anaesthetics and not experienced such pain and discomfort. This was the only negative bit.
