I was treated with care and respect and made to feel welcome
I am unsure of who the people involved in my care in the CMHT are. But I appreciate the kindness and desire to care.
I'm sorry this was your experience of CMHT. I can only offer my sincere apologies for any problems with communication.
Treated as an individual with reapect
I felt very at ease and wasn't made to feel like i was stupid for feeling the way i do
[name removed] has been extremely professional whilst being extremely compassionate.
[name removed] listened and heard what I said. To the extent, I did not realize the help I needed. I was closed off to the support in the beginning, this did not discourage [name removed]. Her professionalism stayed constant through out. I cannot thank her enough for where Iam now compared to where I was. I have hope once again.
You have left me for ages after a telephone questionnaire by a lady that I didn’t understand and she didn’t understand me! I have heard nothing back and yet I feel suicidal everyday, I cry every day and I feel hopeless! You have then sent me the option to make a review of my care today by the community mental health team Kettering but haven’t even given me any care ! What a joke ! Absolutely useless
I am sorry you have had a difficult experience. In your feedback you make reference to receiving a feedback form from Kettering Community Mental Health Team - I'm not sure why this has happened. It would be helpful to be sure your feedback is in reference to a call from a UCAT member of staff then i can take this up with them and provide learning and feedback.

I was relatively happy with the service but I feel as though I could've been given more information regarding the home testing
