Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback, we are currently offering more face to face appointments as part of our recovery plan and we offer the appropriate appointment based on patient choice and presentation. This may vary from person to person.

Saw a variety of support workers. Variable on how long they stayed and interacted with both at us. Some very supportive, some not so, was more of 'are you at, do you need anything, okay see you in a few days.
Thank you for your feedback. The nature of our service means staff work on a shift rota basis and this can mean different people at visits. We do try and offer some consistency. All visits should feel purposeful and helpful and I am sorry not all of yours did. More detail in relation to those staff who were more vague and quick would be helpful in order to provide some constructive feedback and look at learning for them.
Thank you for your review, which I have passed to the service manager. Unfortunately, the nature of the service does mean that support workers will vary.
