Excellent service took me through the therapy
Friendly, listening well.
We try to offer consistency in staff attendance but it is challenging due to being a seven day a week service and staff rotating shifts. I am sorry you found the visits annoying due to staff changes.

The staff were empathetic and listened without judgment. They made me feel heard.
Most staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel safe.
I did not feel safe or comfortable when [name removed] come out though and feel I should have been told a man was coming out to see me especially as I have been through domestic abuse. I also found him very creeps and he make me feel very unsafe. Sorry.
We do ask about preference for visits and consider the needs of individuals in this respect. I am very sorry if this visit cause you discomfort and that your preference for female visit was missed.
