Been past from pillar to post stat having treatment then cancel and on waiting list your over all care for ment health is appalling g , and as for the hub their attitude is take your meds .. disgusted!

[name removed] who I speak to always has time, she’s an amazing listener, empathetic, offers ideas and suggestions always explains my options in detail which gives me confidence to make decisions in which direction I go in. She is never judgemental, literally she is just what the doctor ordered.

[name removed] runs the ward efficiently and has great respect for the patients and staff. Any issues raised get dealt with and he listens to us.
